Funding a Tribute
We want to make sure everyone has access to our memory vaults as the loss of a loved one is hard but memories live on.
Life is stressful enough and we really don't want you to worry about the cost.
We offer multiple ways in which you can fund your tribute.
Once you have paid your deposit, you can opt for clearing the balance in a lump sum, or in instalments.

“Go Fund My Tribute”
Which is a great way for family and friends instead of sending flowers and gifts, they could help fund the build of your memory vault in Tribute of your loved one.
We will manage and set up a 'Funding' page and will let you know who has contributed so you can thank them – we will let you know when the Memory Vault is funded and should you receive more than needed we will send the extra to you or you may want us to produce a video or do extra work to make an even better Tribute – your choice. Simply Contact Us for more information about how we can help.
Of course you may also be lucky and the person that has passed may have already paid for the Memory Vault as part of a funeral package !!

What Do We Receive for Our Money?
After we receive the Deposit – while creating a design for you we will upload up to:
20 Pictures
(Not including the Main Picture of your Loved One)
10 Written Tributes
5 Videos
5 Audio Files
You will also have the option to record a message for all those people that you will initially share the memories with or we will do one for you.
In the first year we give you 4 updates (an extra update is given should you wish to use the memory vault as an invite to the funeral – we will update the card after the funeral to remove the funeral information)
As the pictures, videos, written and audio tributes roll in we will then start to, with your approval, add them to the memory vault and enrich the life of your departed love one.
When everything is perfect for you, we will share the memory vault with all the family and friends of the dearly departed – we can do this if you complete are “Sharing Form” or you can do it – sharing is simple.

Option 1: (Highly Recommended)
Start building your Memory Vault before you pass on – record all those wonderful experiences and memories that you have made in your life so that your Grand Children, Great Grand Children and Great, Great Grand Children can learn from and enjoy your life experiences – potentially from a loved one they never met.
Reach out to family and friends asking them to send you pictures, videos and their memories
With years in front of you, you can use the update every year to add to the Memory Vault so your life’s memories are there forever
The card can also be used for a Living Will – this can be locked away on the card with the executor the only person that can open the will – you can leave your last memories for those that matter, to see after your passing.
Option 2
The process can be activated on your passing and we will reach out to the nominated person you have left to take control and we will work with them to build your ever-lasting memory.
Keeping your Memory Vault Relevant
Not every friend and possibly long lost relatives may have heard about the passing of your loved one, and so it is always a potential that someone could see your memory vault and want to share their memories – we will let you know any time we receive any new memories after year 1 – during year one we will be in touch regularly any way.
Please remember though updates do not roll over so make sure you use them wisely every year.

We appreciate that after the passing of a loved one that the last thing you want to do is worry about creating and ever lasting memory – so we are there to help, remind and gently guide you through the process of sending us the information
All we need is the material to work with and we will look after everything else
We will share with you all the tributes we receive and you decide which ones are added to the Memory Vault
If you have trouble uploading or recording or sending us memories our team is there to help
If you would like a secure part of the Vault that only family or certain individuals can access, we can do that for you
If you would like, we will communicate with family and friends via emails and let them know you are creating this wonderful Tribute
All we need is contact details which you can add to at any time
Should someone reach out that you have not informed us about we will contact you and let you know
We work with you to create the most amazing Tribute and Memory Vault and one that you can share with anyone, anytime and anywhere
Never Too Late Tribute

Pay it Forward
You may even want to 'Pay it Forward'. There are thousands of people out there that would love a Tribute for a lost loved one, but unfortunately don't have the funds or means to create one. Sadly there is only so much we can do with discounts, offering free time and support.
Would you be willing to Donate and Help a complete stranger? Your Goodwill, may be the lifeline that someone needs to keep precious memories alive, by creating a Tribute for their loved one, an old friend, family member, companion, or even a pet. You can remain anonymous, or we can add your name on a special 'Thank You' message board link on the Tribute.
On-going Service
Your Tribute is a ‘Done for You Service’, we are happy to help you create your Initial Tribute, and once your tribute is completed, we will pass on to you the access and login details.
This will be accompanied by an instructional video on how to update sections, add and change photos, update text, and change the style and colours of your Initial Tribute.
The content of your Tribute is managed by us as part of the service.
Later additions are subject to the package terms subscribed (see below for additional services).
This includes updates and additions to video and audio messages, tributes from family and friends on the text message/letters/postcards wall, Book of Condolence, and extended gallery.
